BIG LEAGUE DREAMS WINTER CAMP
Big League Dreams is beginning its eighth year of providing professional baseball instruction to all ages and skill levels. Our instructors have many years of playing and coaching experience at the college and minor league levels. Over the past seven years, Big League Dreams has provided a winter camp, tutoring over 800 individuals in Chicago's Northern Suburbs. The purpose of our camps is to teach the proper fundamentals, which are the cornerstone in the development of any young player. Our program includes four stations:
Pitching - This station will provide players with instruction on the proper mechanics of pitching.
Catching - Players will be instructed on the proper footwork, blocking techniques, and how to receive.
Hitting - Players will learn the fundamentals of hitting and bunting, as well as drills to increase hand-eye coordination.
Fielding Techniques - Players will learn proper professional fielding techniques.
Baserunning/Sliding - Players will learn how to run the bases and slide properly.
Bubble Ball will be played at the end of each day.
